oil portraiture

Timmy Hord  spent her early years working in traditional black and white portrait photography and hand-tinted images with her parents Tim and Aileen Hord. Her artistic endeavors included restoring photographs "by hand" before  digital technology existed, painting brides, children and corporate boardroom portraits for clients throughout the southeast.. Today she has perfected her style,  utilizing modern  techniques to produce similar works of photographic fine art portraiture.

She has expertise in the area of conservation of your family photos, from the early 1900's 'crayon portraits' and early silver gelatin prints to guide the best care for them.
